About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing logistics operation near Bromsgrove and Redditch.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees across a fast-paced operational environment. You will take ownership of the day-to-day HR function while supporting the wider business with people strategy, employee relations and organisational development.
