Office Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join a friendly and busy team in Derby.
This is a varied role where you will be supporting the day-to-day running of the office, handling administration tasks, updating records, and working with Excel spreadsheets.
Duties include:
- General office administration
- Data entry and updating records
- Using Excel to maintain spreadsheets and reports
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Filing and organising documents
- Processing paperwork and orders
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
What we're looking for:
- Previous administration experience
- Good Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and organised
- Positive attitude and willing to help where needed
