Shift Pattern:
4 On / 4 Off Night Shifts
6:00pm - 6:00am
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Press Operator, you’ll be at the heart of the manufacturing process. Your day will revolve around operating advanced press brake machines to produce precision-engineered components. Every shift brings variety, problem-solving, and the chance to work with impressive technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines
- Loading programs and adjusting settings for different materials and thicknesses
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job sheets
- Carrying out inspections to ensure parts meet exact specifications
- Optimising cutting speeds and parameters to keep production efficient and reduce waste
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years’ experience operating press brake machines
- Solid understanding of processes and materials
- Experience with aluminium
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
