Job Description:

Robertson Recruitment are looking for a motivated and reliable Lead Operative to join a busy recycling and waste management operation. We are looking for someone with experience in a recycling environments, with experience on the machinery.

This could be your next step into a Team Leader role or the right move to a fantastic company, helping lead a small team while ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with environmental standards.

Working hours

6am - 6pm

4 on / 4 off shift rotation
