My overall experience with recruiters was varied to say the least, with communication often being poor and having many promises broken. This however was not the case with Raj! The communication and support he offered throughout the process with Robertson Recruitment was first class. He regulary went above and beyond to provide updates on the process, and overcome issues, which were often as result of the client mind changes, in a very professional manor. I don’t think I could have genuinely have asked for more from Raj throughout the process, and he will undoubtedly be my first “port of call” if or when I next look for employment. "

  • "'' Sienna headhunted me regarding a Warehouse Management position. She had thoroughly researched the company and had an incredibly detailed grasp of the position. Her description of the job role was detailed and the spec fitted me exactly. She clearly knew the type of person she was searching for. We spoke at length several times before she put me forward for an interview. Sienna was not going to waste the company's time attempting to place people who were not suitable.  Having been accepted for interview I was briefed in detail as to what I was expected to research and the format the interview would take. Her help was invaluable and this helped me to progress to the next stage.  As I wait for the second interview she and I have spoken several times as she briefs me on what is required. She clearly knows her stuff, she's dedicated and incredibly professional. If I don't get this job at the end of this process then it's on me and me alone. I could not have asked for a more dedicated and professional person to help me find my perfect position.''   "

  • "I would recommend Robertson Recruitment to any of my friends and family, as I have already done so. Robertson Recruitment found my next career move after being made redundant in less than 2 short weeks of being out of work. They lined me up for 2 different job interviews with 2 different companies and landed a second interview in line for an Operations Managers role. Robertson waved their magic wand and I landed that perfect position. I would defiantly say Robertson Recruitment know what their clients requirements and needs are in sourcing the perfect candidate as out of 10 different candidates found from 2 different agencies there was only two of us asked back for a second interview (both from Robertson), I was over the moon and like to say thank you ever so much Robertson Recruitment, much appreciated!
