Robertson Recruitment are extremely excited to be recruiting for a number of new, long term, Production Operatives for one of our clients in Barlborough. They can offer great pay rates, day shift and permanent contracts after a probation period, clean working environment and the opportunity to progress!

Shift pattern - Monday to Friday 8am-4:15pm

Production Operatives - Job Role

· Working in a production facility to manufacture products which are delivered nationwide.

· The setting up and running of injection moulding machines for production.

· Operate machinery.

· Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.

· Quality inspecting finished products is an essential part of production.

· Some assembling of finished products.

Production Operatives – the candidate

· Production experience is desirable.

· Desire to develop engineering knowledge within the Moulding department.

· Candidate needs to be attentive good with quality checking.

· Be a good team player – from managers to factory staff everyone is treated with respect.

· Attendance and punctuality is the key.
