Job description

Robertson Recruitment is currently seeking General Operatives to join or client's team on a long-term, ongoing basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high-quality manufacturing processes.

As a General Operative, your main duties will involve packing the manufactured polymer products on a busy packing line. You will ensure that all products are packed securely and meet quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and enjoys working as part of a team. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided, along with an onsite induction on your first day. You’ll be able to build your skills and grow within a stable, long-term role with plenty of opportunities for development.
