Robertson Recruitment are working with a manufacturing company based in Melbourne. This is a 12 week temporary to permanent role, pay is negotiable dependent on experience. day shift, Monday to Friday.
Administrator responsibilities
- Liaise with general managers and clients.
- Inputting orders onto the internal CRM system.
- Good with excel, the ability to do formulas, power point experience a bonus.
- Taking orders via the telephone and email.
- Book in deliveries.
Administrator skills
- Basic IT skills
- Proactive nature
- Very strong organisational skills
- Great team player – able to communicate to people on all levels
- Good knowledge of Excel, basic formulas etc.
