Packers NG4 Colwick

Robertson Recruitment are seeking packers and warehouse staff for a family run gifts and home ware company based in Colwick NG4.

The successful candidates will be looking for ongoing work in a fast paced and vibrant environment - with a view to obtaining a full time contract!

Packers / Person Specification:

Must be able to work individually or as part of a team
You must have a good eye for detail and be accurate
Must have good eye sight with colour perception
Be an effective communicator
Have the desire to learn and intake information
Be able to learn new skills


Packers Desirable:

Experience in a fast paced warehouse and packing environment
Exposure to boxing, wrapping, folding and packing different sized products ready for distribution
Some work can be fiddly so need to be dexterous
Able to communicate information accurately
Outgoing personality and able to fit into a small team
The job is mostly on your feet, so working in a warehouse / packing environment is desirable.
Shifts are 08:00 to 16:30 with some overtime each day when needed – Monday to Friday.

THe staff was most welcoming and listened to my requirements and sympathised with my situation.  They called me later that day to inform me that I had the job! I started work the day after that. In total I was unemployment for only 3 days. The Job was a 3 week temporary position, after this period was over they gave me a 3 month contract and now they are making me permanent next month!”  "
