Robertson Recruitment are seeking a Stock Controller to work for a busy logistics company close to Nottingham City Centre. Our client who is highly renowned for their fantastic customer service and friendly working environment. The role is temp to perm with fantastic opportunities to progress.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a stock control background to work within an expanding company and be rewarded for their hard work.
Overall responsibility for warehouse stock operations and standards.
Managing stock accuracy, and monitor stock loaded into trailers.
Assisting the operations team in all stock related tasks (maintenance, management, moving and arranging).
Oversee storage of products and develop storage areas to optimise efficiency.
Check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
Input data into Excel and additional bespoke systems.
Operational Support with warehouse and admin
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multi – task.
Good Eye for detail, and able to identify anomalies in data.
Good use of Excel – creating forms and reports
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including scheduling, demand and replenishment processes.
FLT Reach licence would be preferred.
