June Celebrates Robertson Recruitment 10 Year Anniversary!

June marks the 10 year anniversary of Robertson Recruitment which is something that we are all very proud of.

We have come a long way since our humble beginnings of myself working on a desk in Loughborough as an offshoot of Regional Recruitment. Separating out in 2012 to become our own entity and now a successful standalone recruitment business that supplies both temporary and permanent staff nationwide to the Logistics and Manufacturing sectors. Our client base boasts everything from local businesses to being on the PSL of international organisations. 

We have had incredible and consistent growth over the years. In fact averaging 35% year on year growth over the last 5 years. This has been achieved by giving a quality service to candidate and client alike offering results second to none. Thus allowing us to grow each contract whilst also winning new business to add to our already impressive portfolio. 

Ultimately it is the team at Robertson that make the difference. We have spent time developing our team and environment to be an enjoyable, energetic and successful unit that works together to generate exceptional results. We believe we have the right combination of recruitment expertise, skills and winning mentality to not just compete in what is a tough market but to outperform large parts of the competition. 

This has aided Robertson Recruitment to become one of the fastest growing recruitment businesses in our marketplace. To celebrate our 10 year anniversary we will be going to see clients across June to drop in birthday cupcakes as way of a thank you for the business given to date and celebrate this milestone with them. 

We have big plans for the next 10 years and we are all look forward to the exciting journey ahead where we will establish ourselves as the recruiter of choice in our market place!
